Ingredients

• Bánh Flan (Crème Caramel) – 1 portion
• All-purpose flour – 250 g
• Granulated sugar – 200 g
• Butter – 150 g
• Eggs – 3 large
• Baking powder – 1 tsp

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly.
2. Cream butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 4 minutes in a stand mixer.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the dry ingredients for Bánh Flan (Crème Caramel) with gentle strokes to avoid deflating the batter.
